This version introduces the highly requested “Next Game” feature, designed to streamline game transitions and improve court usage. Here are the key benefits:
- Prepare the next game in advance — no need to wait for a court to become available.
- Mix manual and automatic selection — choose some players yourself, and let auto-pick fill the rest.
- Replaces and improves the old “Suggest” and “Set” methods with a unified, smarter workflow.

🌿 How It Works
A new “Next Game” area now appears to the left of the waiting list.
- Leave all slots empty and click Auto-pick to fill them all.
- Or pre-select one or more players, and Auto-pick will complete the best possible match.

Players can be added by:
- Selecting them from the list and clicking the arrow next to a slot
- Or via drag-and-drop for quicker setup.
🧭 Support for Traditional Game Picking
For clubs using the traditional format — where the first person in the queue chooses from the next N — this approach is still supported. You can configure these preferences in the Settings, and Auto-pick will respect them.
⚠️ Note: There has been a small change to the configuration settings for this. Please double-check that your club's preferences are still set correctly.

- Resolves bug where clicking on quick rating buttons when adding a new player assigned a value different to that displayed on the button.
- Resolves issue which caused initial ratings to be lost when a completed game was edited (caused ratings to be recalculated using initial ratings of 1500 for all players).
- Addition of Maximum score to the settings (defaults to 30). This is used to correctly fill in the winning teams score with games going to the wire where clubs play to a non-standard score.
- Allow override of winning score. Once the losing score is entered the winning score is automatically filled in. In some cases, this may be incorrect – e.g. if a game finishes early or is played to less points than the session default. Previously changing the winning score would cause the system to assume it was the losing score and recalculate the other teams score.
