ePegboard License Agreement

By installing or using ePegboard, you agree to the following terms:

License Type

• This is a per-club license valid for use on a single computer at a time.
• Each license is non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another club without written permission.

Trial Period

• ePegboard includes a 60-day free trial with full, unrestricted functionality.
• No payment or registration is required to activate the trial.

License Term & Expiry

• A full license entitles the club to use the software for 12 months from the date of activation.
• After expiry, the software will become inaccessible until a renewal key is entered.
• Prior to expiry, clubs can export all data for backup or migration purposes.

Updates & Support

• Your license includes all software updates and email support for the duration of the license period.

Usage Restrictions

• The software may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, reverse-engineered, or decompiled.
• It may not be used for commercial resale, software-as-a-service hosting, or any purpose outside your club’s own use.

Ownership

ePegboard is developed and owned by MBS Software Limited. All intellectual property rights remain with the developer.
