ePegboard License Terms

By using ePegboard (either the web app at play.epegboard.com or the desktop application), you agree to the following terms.

Free trial: at least 60 days of full functionality from the date of sign-up. No payment or card details required.
Post-trial pricing: being finalised. We will announce any change ahead of time so existing users have notice.
Data export: your club can export its data (member list, session history, etc.) at any time.
Data deletion: you may request deletion of your club's data at any time via admin@epegboard.com.
Availability: we aim for high uptime but the web app is not guaranteed to be available 24/7. We will notify users ahead of planned maintenance where possible.

License type: per-club license, valid for use on a single computer at a time. Non-transferable; may not be reassigned to another club without written permission.
Trial period: 60-day free trial with full, unrestricted functionality. No payment or registration required to activate the trial.
License term and expiry: a full license entitles the club to use the software for 12 months from the date of activation. After expiry, the software becomes inaccessible until a renewal key is entered. Prior to expiry, clubs can export all data for backup or migration purposes.
Updates and support: your license includes all software updates and email support for the duration of the license period.

The software may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, reverse-engineered, or decompiled.
It may not be used for commercial resale, software-as-a-service hosting, or any purpose outside your club's own use.

ePegboard is developed and owned by MBS Software Limited. All intellectual property rights remain with the developer.
